Cardinal Bozanić Has Launchd an Initiative for the Oranization of a Symposium on the Relationship between the Blessed Alojzije Cardinal Stepinac and the Serbs in Croatia

At a meeting, the Catholic University of Croatia was entrusted with the creation of an organizing committee to handle the preparations for the symposium, which will be held in Zagreb on November 24, 2015.
Zagreb, (IKA) – On Tuesday, May 5, the Archbishop of Zagreb, Josip Cardinal Bozanić, lauched an initiative for the organization of an international scientific symposium on the relationship between the Blessed Alojzije Cardinal Stepinac and the Serbs in Croatia, particularly in the context of the Second World War.
At a meeting chaired by Cardinal Josip Bozanić, the Catholic University of Croatia was entrusted with the creation of an organizing committee to handle the preparations for the symposium, which will be held in Zagreb on November 24, 2015.The meeting was attended by the Auxiliary Bishops of Zagreb, Msgrs.Valentin Pozaić, Ivan Šaško and Mijo Gorski; the General Postulator for the Causes of Canonization of the Archdiocese of Zagreb, Msgr. Juraj Batelja, the Rector of the Catholic University of Croatia, Dr. Željko Tanjić; the Head of the Archdiocesan Archives, Dr. Stjepan Razum, and the Moderator of the Archdiocese, Msgr. Nedjeljko Pintarić, according to the Press Office of the Archdiocese of Zagreb.
