Zagreb, (IKA) – The liturgical space for the Prayer Vigil at Ban Josip Jelačić Square has been designed to connect the water from Manduševac Fountain with the light of the Easter candle and the altar, a source of joy and consolation in Christ. Over the altar space will be a stylized representation of the hovering Holy Spirit in the form of a dove, God’s gift, which permanently transforms us into Eucharistic people. The space is also connected with the area of the square in front of the Zagreb cathedral, thus focusing the entire life of Christians on the Mystery of Christ. The stage was built according to plans by the Zagreb architects Dr. Zorana Sokol Gojnik and Igor Gojnik.
