Zagreb, November 15, 2000 (IKA) — On Tuesday, November 14, Archbishop Josip Bozanić of Zagreb received Ambassador Rudolf Bogner of the Republic of Austria in a farewell visit, according to an announcement by the Public Relations Office of the Archbishop. These days, Dr. Bogner is completing a four-year mandate in the Republic of Croatia. During a cordial conversation, he spoke about his past service as an ambassador, which he characterized as intense and dynamic, emphasizing that Austria sees Croatia as a good neighbor. Ambassador Bogner also made observations concerning Church activity among the Croatia public. There was also mention of the significant international summit to be held next week in Zagreb.
