Sarajevo, 20. 2. 1996. (IKA/KTA) – The meeting of Vrh-Bosnia diocese diocesan priests started on Monday, l9th February, at the building of Vrh-Bosnia Theological School in Sarajevo. About sixty priests have took part at the meeting with their chief pastor Sarajevo Archbishop Vinko Cardinal Puljiæ. For two days they have discussed the subjects of the most importance for the future and the survival of the archdiocese.
Cardinal Puljiæ emphasized, greeting the gathered priests at the beginning of the meeting, that he was looking with a special joy at such a number of gathered priests, because, these kind of meetings were not possible to be organized during the war.
There were only temporary regional meetings then. Cardinal Puljiæ said that the purpose of this meeting is to make, with joined effort, as detail review of all events, as it is possible in this situation, so the future of Vrh-Bosnia archdiocese could be seen more clearly. Sarajevo assistant bishop Pero Sudar is the chairman of the meeting.
