Cardinal Bozanić Meets with a Group of Catholic Intellectuals

Washington, D.C. (IKA) – On Friday, September 2, during a visit to the United States, the archbishop of Zagreb, Cardinal Josip Bozanić, met with a group of influential Catholic intellectuals who are active in Catholic higher education, led by Thomas Patrick Melady, senior diplomat in residence at the Institute of World Politics, former U.S. ambassador to the Vatican from 1989 to 1993, and former president of the Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. During the conversation, Cardinal Bozanić acquainted the group with the initiative for the Catholic University in Zagreb.
