Zagreb, (IKA) – The Office for Public Relations of the Croatian Government has announced that Generalturist has organised, in cooperation with the Polish Airlines LOT, charter flights from Rijeka to Dubrovnik and Osijek on the days of the Holy Father#!s visits to those cities. The flights will be served by Boing B737-300 plane with 145 seats.
Thus journalists, who travel to Dubrovnik on 6 June, will depart from the Opatija Bus station at 4:45, and from Rijeka from Mlaka (Train station/hospital) at 5 o#!clock. The arrival at the Rijeka Airport on Krk is planned at 6 o#!clock followed by checking-in.
The plane departs at 7 o#!clock. The arrival at the Dubrovnik Airport Ćilipi is planned at 8 o#!clock followed by transportation to the Press Center. The return from Dubrovnik to Rijeka is scheduled by departure from the Press Center for the Airport at 18:30, followed by checking-in. The plain departs for Rijeka at 20 o#!clock and arrives on Krk from where transportation will be provided to Rijeka and Opatija.
Journalists and photographers who travel to Osijek on 7 June by charter flight will depart from the Opatija Bus station at 4:45, and from Rijeka from Mlaka (Train station/hospital) at 5 o#!clock. The arrival at the Rijeka Airport on Krk is planned at 6 o#!clock followed by checking-in. The plane departs at 7 o#!clock. The arrival at the Osijek Airport Klisa is planned at 8 o#!clock followed by transportation to the Press Center. The return from Osijek to Rijeka is scheduled by departure from the Press Center for the Airport at 18:00, followed by checking-in. The plain departs for Osijek at 19:30 and arrives on Krk from where transportation will be provided to Rijeka and Opatija.
The cost of air ticket inclusive of transportation to and from airports is 3.650 kuna. A minimum of 120 passengers is required for the flight.
