Zagreb (IKA) – On the occasion of the death of Pope John Paul II, the speaker of the Croatian Parliament, Vladimir Šeks, sent a letter of condolence to the apostolic nuncio in the Republic of Croatia, Archbishop Francisco-Javier Lozano. The letter emphasizes gratitude for the love that the Holy Father felt toward the Croatian nation, as well as his support for the international recognition of the Republic of Croatia and the entry of our country into full European Union membership.
