The Rebulic of Croatia is open to the free religious activity of the Sebian Orthodox Church

The vice president of the government of the Republic of Croatia, Dr. Jure Radić, received Metropolitan Jovan Pavlović
Zagreb, May 8, 1997 (IKA) – Dr. Jure Radić, vice president of the Croatian
government and president of the Government Commission for Relations with
Religious Communities, received Metropolitan Jovan Pavlović of
Zagreb-Ljubljana and all of Italy on Wednesday, May 7. During this
meeting, Dr. Radic and Metropolitan Jovan discussed solutions to
institutional questions between the Croatian state and the eparchy
[archdiocese] of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Dr. Radić emphasized that
the Croatian state is open to the free religious activity of the Serbian
Orthodox Church and the religious freedom of its faithful.
