Zagreb
The association Zamisli has invited all blind persons to claim a free copy of the audio Bible for Christmas
Zagreb, (IKA) – On October 24, the association Zamisli presented the first audio Bible for the blind in Croatia at the Public Open University in Zagreb. Approval for using the printed edition of the Jerusalem Bible was granted by the publishing house Kršćanska sadašnjost. Croatian Catholic Radio provided the recording studio. Nine volunteer readers were engaged in this project.
The association Zamisli has invited all blind persons to claim a free copy of the audio Bible for Christmas. The goal of the project MEETING ROOM is to make it possible for all blind persons to select and listen to portions of the Bible independently. “We are particularly pleased by the fact that this will be the first audio recording of the Bible in the Croatian language,” said the president of the association Zamisli, Svjetlana Marijon.
